Utilizing advanced epoxy resin cast (Cast Resin) insulation technology, the transformer eliminates the need for liquid insulation oil — making it inherently fire-resistant, self-extinguishing, and environmentally friendly. The grain-oriented silicon steel core ensures ultra-low no-load losses and energy efficiency, while the sealed epoxy encapsulation provides excellent protection against moisture, dust, and corrosive environments. Certified to CE, CESI, UL, CQC, and DNV GL international standards, tested in a CNAS nationally accredited 8,000m² laboratory, and manufactured at a 30,000-unit/year facility in Guangdong, China, with proven deployment across 60+ countries including North America and Europe.
