Product Overview

This 35kV & 66kV Dry Type Transformer for Offshore Wind is a purpose-engineered power conversion solution designed for the extreme marine environment conditions of offshore wind farms — including fixed-bottom platforms, floating wind turbines, nacelles, towers, and offshore boosting stations. Built with epoxy resin cast insulation (oil-free, self-extinguishing), C5-level anti-corrosion protection, IP54/IP55 ingress protection, and vibration-resistant mechanical design, it withstands salt spray, high humidity, typhoon-level wind loads, and continuous mechanical vibration inherent to offshore wind installations. DNV GL certified alongside CE, CESI, and UL, with all tests conducted in a CNAS nationally accredited 8,000m² laboratory. Manufactured in a 30,000-unit/year Guangdong facility with proven deployment in offshore wind projects across 60+ countries including Italy, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.
