This 35kV & 66kV Natural and Synthetic Ester Transformer for Wind combines the proven performance of liquid-immersed transformer technology with next-generation biodegradable ester fluid insulation — delivering superior environmental safety, fire protection, and longevity for onshore and offshore wind farm applications. Unlike conventional mineral oil transformers, ester-filled transformers offer a flash point exceeding 300°C (vs. ~130°C for mineral oil), dramatically reducing fire risk and allowing simplified fire protection requirements. The ester fluid is readily biodegradable — protecting sensitive ecosystems in offshore marine environments and environmentally protected onshore locations. With C5 anti-corrosion, IP54/IP55 protection, vibration-resistant structure, and certification to DNV GL, CE, CESI, and UL, this transformer is engineered for the full lifecycle demands of modern wind energy assets. Tested in a CNAS nationally accredited 8,000m² laboratory and manufactured in a 30,000-unit/year Guangdong facility with deployment across 60+ countries.
